1. Who we are

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and LegalConsult(“we,” “us,” or “our”), operator of legalconsult.site. By accessing or using the website, booking a consultation, or purchasing an ebook, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Nature of the service

LegalConsult provides general legal information, educational ebooks, and paid informational consultations. As explained in our Legal Disclaimer, the Service does not provide legal representation and does not create an attorney–client relationship. Nothing on this site is a substitute for advice from a licensed attorney about your specific situation.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. By using it, you represent that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate.

4. Booking consultations

• Submitting a booking request is free and does not, by itself, guarantee an appointment. Appointments are confirmed by us in writing, typically within one business day.
• Your session is scheduled and secured once payment is received per the invoice we send after confirming availability.
• You agree to provide accurate contact details and to join your session at the confirmed time. Rescheduling and cancellation are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Purchasing ebooks

• When you place an ebook order, we email you an invoice with payment instructions. Placing an order is an offer to purchase; the sale is completed when payment is received and we deliver your download link.
• Ebooks are licensed, not sold. Upon payment you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and read the ebook for your own use.
• You may not resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, or publicly post the ebooks or their contents, in whole or in part, without our written permission.
• Ebook purchases are subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Payment

We handle payments by invoice rather than storing card details on this website. Prices are shown in USD and are exclusive of any taxes that may apply. Payment instructions are provided in the invoice we send. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to decline or cancel any order or booking.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this website and in our ebooks — including text, design, graphics, and logos — is owned by or licensed to LegalConsult and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the personal license granted for purchased ebooks, you may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without prior written consent.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Service for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site, its systems, or other users’ data;
• interfere with or disrupt the Service or introduce malicious code; or
• scrape, harvest, or misuse content or contact information from the site.
