Consultations
How does a consultation work?
You choose a topic and a session length, submit a short booking request with your preferred times, and we confirm your appointment by email — usually within one business day. Sessions take place by secure video call or phone, whichever you prefer. Afterward you receive a written summary of the key points discussed.
How much does a consultation cost?
Prices depend on the topic and the length of the session, and every price is shown up front on the Consultations page — no hidden fees. Sessions start at $90 for a 30-minute general consultation, with longer and specialist sessions priced accordingly.
Do I pay before or after booking?
Booking a session is free and places no charge on any card. Once we confirm your appointment, we send payment details by email. Your session is secured when payment is received.
What if I need to reschedule or cancel?
You can reschedule or cancel at no charge up to 24 hours before your session. See our Refund & Cancellation policy for the full details.
Is my consultation confidential?
Yes. What you share is kept strictly confidential and is never disclosed to anyone else. Confidentiality is central to how these sessions work.
Ebooks & payment
How do I buy an ebook?
Choose a guide, submit the short order form with your name and email, and we'll email you an invoice with simple payment instructions. As soon as your payment is confirmed, we send your download link — available in PDF and EPUB.
Why do you invoice instead of taking payment on the site?
We keep the site free of stored payment data and handle each order personally by invoice. It means one real point of contact for your purchase and no card details passing through the website.
What formats do the ebooks come in?
Every ebook is delivered as both a PDF and an EPUB, so you can read on a computer, tablet, phone, or e-reader.
Can I get a refund on an ebook?
Because ebooks are delivered digitally, they're generally non-refundable once the download link has been sent. If a file is defective or you were charged in error, contact us and we'll make it right. Full details are in our Refund & Cancellation policy.
