Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to feel confident booking and buying. This policy sets out how rescheduling, cancellations, and refunds work.

1. Consultations

Rescheduling and cancelling

  • You may reschedule or cancel a confirmed consultation at no charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Just reply to your confirmation email or write to contact@legalconsult.site.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session, or failure to attend without notice, may be non-refundable, as the time has been reserved for you.
  • Because a booking request is free and no payment is taken until we confirm your appointment, you can withdraw a request at any time before it’s confirmed at no cost.

Refunds

  • If we need to cancel or reschedule your session and cannot offer a suitable alternative time, you are entitled to a full refund of any amount paid.
  • If you feel a completed consultation did not meet a reasonable standard, contact us within 7 days. We review such requests in good faith and will offer a repeat session or a partial or full refund where appropriate.

2. Ebooks

Our ebooks are digital products delivered by download. Because their full contents are accessible immediately upon delivery, ebook purchases are generally non-refundable once the download link has been sent. We do, however, want you to receive what you paid for:

  • If a file is defective, corrupted, or won’t open, contact us and we will replace it or, if we can’t, issue a refund.
  • If you were charged in error or received the wrong title, contact us and we will correct it, including a refund where appropriate.
  • If you have not yet been sent your download link, you may cancel your order for a full refund of any amount paid.

3. How to request a refund

Email contact@legalconsult.site with your name, the reference from your confirmation, and a short description of the issue. We aim to respond within one business day and to resolve refund requests promptly.

4. How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are returned using the same method as your original payment where possible. Depending on the payment method, it may take a few business days for the funds to appear.

5. Your statutory rights

This policy is offered in addition to, and does not limit, any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law. For the full terms governing purchases, see our Terms of Service.
